RICHTERSVELD MUNICIPALITY - STAY AWAY!!!!

I sold a property in 2015 in Port Nolloth (erf 590), it registered in the Deeds Office on 7 May 2015. Ever since that time I have sent numerous e-mails and even more calls to Susanna de Klerk, Esmien Hanekom and have even contacted the Mayor, Mr Janssen to have my deposit paid back to me and to have the new owners account details changed to his address, not mine!!!! Needles to say, today, 22 January 2016 I still receive empty promises. My advice to prospective buyers, service delivery in the Richtersveld Municipality in my mind is non-existent, as long as you pay!!!!
