My daughter used to use Richmond corner as her student accommodation last year. During registration, i was made to pay a refundable deposit. This year my child decided to go elsewhere. In February when we called regarding the refund, they made me fill in forms and we were told it will take 21 days to receive my money back. To date nothing has still not happened. I wrote the below mail to escalate on the email address they have shared, but unfortunately i am just ignored: I am writing to formally escalate my ongoing issue regarding a refund that has been outstanding since February. Two weeks ago, I contacted your office to follow up on the status of my refund and was assured that the payment would reflect in my account on Tuesday, following that Friday’s call. However, this did not happen. On Sunday, I then received an email from Siya, who stated that she had only received my documents two weeks prior. This was very concerning, as my documents were submitted much earlier. Siya undertook to call me and provide feedback, but to date, she has not contacted me. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to reach Siya for clarification and resolution, but I am consistently informed that she is unavailable or not at work. Today, I called again and was advised that she had indicated the payment would be made tomorrow. I requested confirmation of this in writing; however, my call was abruptly disconnected while I was still on the line. Subsequent attempts to call back have gone unanswered. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I have made every effort to follow the correct processes, yet I continue to receive conflicting information and no tangible resolution
