Richmond Municipality - What a pleasure it has been

Richmond Municipality Drivers Licence Testing Centre What a pleasant experience it was to renew my drivers licence. I dropped into their office just before lock started, it literally took 15min from start to finish to complete my renewal application. After lock down I couldn't get hold of them via their landline and took a massive chance to send an email to email address I could find on their website... to my surprise I received a reply within 48hrs. I recently followed up again as there were delays with them receiving the issued cards - again, I received a quick response with direct contact delays for people at the their offices and the next day I received a phone call from the Management Representative, Kamil Sunderlall. WELL DONE GUYS! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with your office and all your staff. You are professional and quick. I will be making the 40km trek to your office in future for any license issues you can assist with and I will be recommending your office to all my friends!
