Richmond Life residence

Richmond Life for university student residence has given me stress,my son was financially excluded and the bursary didn't pay accomodation for february.2023 ,they called me and demanded I pay R 4800 or else my son and his belongings will not be released,they refused payment arrangements.I made the payment in the same day .On the 14 June 2023, I get a letter of demand saying I owe them R 4200.i send them pop and by right a refund of R600 is due to me ..they are no responding to my email
