Terrible customer service

Richie ford Richardsbay worked on my vehicle, I had requested the old parts to be returned to me. It's been a week and now they're ignoring me. They claimed to have misplaced the parts. Vehicle feels sluggish and I now have doubts about the work that they claimed to have done. Spending over R45k and having no proof of the work done is worrying!
