Today i had a emergency my vehicle didn't want to start i report it to ford empangeni they sad i mush bring the vehicle to they i made a plan to get the vehicle there which im a client whit a maintenance warrant and service plan i left the vehicle there they come back to me the afternoon letting me know my battery is faulty i ask the lady so what's the plan se sad i have to leave the vehicle there so i ask if se making a plan for me cause im staying 30km away no i have to make a plan for myself cause they dont have vehicle availability after a long argument se sad i must come pick up my vehicle the car dont even start i must bring it again tomorrow battery will be delivered tomorrow come back tomorrow is this what im paying for seriously i phone the salesman that sold me the vehicle he sad he's not at work but he'll phone me right back he told me the same thing se told me whit no answer after i ask him a few questions he told me to do wat ever i want this ia not his problem after i reminded him for all the promises he made
