Bad service, bad attitude, overall terrible experience

I am so absolutely disgusted by the way Richie Ford Richards Bay treated me today. My vehicle was due for the 80 000km service bought it in n later that morning they call to say my front brake pads need replacement. Which came as a shock to me coz in March this year I replaced the whole front brake situation which cost me nearly 6 GRAND. So went there with my fiancé to query which we have every right to do. We were told by one that since we don't trust them we need to take our car else where. I could not believe that this was being said to me. They were rude there was 3 of them talking at us all at the same time. I don't ever want to own another Ford vehicle in my life again and I would not recommend anyone I know to buy their vehicles. Their service is absolutely terrible.
