Wrong ID numbers on certificates and quotes.

They have my ID wrong on my quote, and last week, one of my colleagues, who's a new graduate there stated that they have his ID wrong on the degree certificate. A whole IDENTITY? People pay too much money for admin not to do their work right. Identity theft exists, how do we now trust the institution when this is happening? ID numbers are people's lives and existence in the system.
