WORST OF THEM ALL, THEY ARE A FINANCIAL INSTITUTE THAN A LEARNIG PLACE

I have had the worst experience with this college, they never cared that I was not able to do any assignments or write any exams, but when it was time to come and claim that I need to pay them their money for a service I never received. I told them my password was not working only received assistance once but never again. Now they are sending lawyers and threating to blacklist me. If YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL WELLBEING, DON'T EVEN BOTHER REGISTERING. THIS IS THE WORST INSITUTE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE ALSO ESCALATED THE MATTER TO SACE.

Good day,

Thank you for your reply as stated on emails sent to your institution and your lawyers that are harassing me please provide the below.

Please provide me with:

1. A copy of the signed student agreement

2. A full breakdown of the amount claimed

3. Confirmation of the basis for the charges, especially considering I was unable to continue my studies.

4. A call recording had with Nonhlanhla Matjila.

Please also note that I dispute the amount until I receive the above documentation.
