We take concerns around transparency seriously, and your feedback is noted.
The terms relating to cancellations and refunds are clearly set out in the enrolment contract, which forms part of the registration process. This includes the requirement that cancellations must be submitted in writing within 21 days, as well as confirmation that the application fee is non-refundable. These are standard contractual conditions and are agreed to at the point of signing.
In addition, our Student Advisors and Call Centre Advisors are required to explain these key terms during the registration process. This is a standing protocol that we enforce to ensure that every applicant is properly informed before proceeding.
If there is a concern that this was not adequately communicated in your case, we would like to review it further. You are welcome to contact me directly so that we can assess the matter and provide clarity.
