Waiting for my registration fees
Good day
I was supposed to do a BSC in IT with Richfield for the year 2024. I paid my registration fee late last year (2023). I have sent an email to Richfield in December telling them I will no longer be pursuing my studies due to losing my father late 2023 and also not being employed anymore. I am not in the right state of mind and no longer have an income to pay my fees. I submitted all the required documents to them in January 2024 and I have not received any feedback from them to date. I call them every second day and I am being told the same thing. It’s easy to take our money but not easy to return it.
