Very very bad experience

About 2 weeks ago I wrote a review about this institute They responded saying the matter will be resolved in 24hrs until today the matter has not been attended My sister Makhosi Mpatho Mkhize student no 123233 was doing her last year 2020.this is 2021 and it is almost over,she cannot apply to any vacancies because someone is not doing his/her job.The WiL appears on the ienabler but there are no marks that means the marks has been captured i am starting to think the whole institute is a **** yet my sister does not owe them a cent
