UNPROFESSIONAL! SHAMBOLIC RICHFIELD GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

My little brother app****, registered, studied and completed a Higher Certificate in Information Technology in 2020 and I paid his full registration and tuition fees totalling R19500 in monthly installments. To date they've still not issued his certificate citing we are owing R990, for what? The institution itself doesn't know. We've been fighting this issue with the Course Administrator Mduduzi Biyela and their Finance Clerk Nongcobo Zumana for the entire 2021 to date we are still not winning. We tried everything with these guys and provided them with all the proof of payments they needed but all yielded no success. The Richfield website doesn't have any corporate details or complaints management details except the sharecall number ***and info email address that remains unanswered most of the time or being referred to the course Administrator again if we're lucky. Please help us, this has affected my little brother very bad as he has been unsuccessful to secure a job as the prospective employer required the certificate and he couldn't produce of which seemed ***** to them.
