Unhappy 2nd year student

Where to start my learning journey with Richfield as thus far has not been the greatest to be fair. We always send emails and make suggestions as students but nothing is taken to heart. I am in my second year and they set ridiculous timelines for this semester they scheduled the test timetable in the exact same month as our assignment due dates. Even when fellow students raised their concerns by writing emails to the faculty. Richfield rep**** back with a generic reply stating we as a faulty don't care about our students concerns and well being. Although the faculty advertises their distance learning program as flexible for working individuals which is not the case. So well done Richfield we appreciate the lack of support we are receiving from you. Richfield makes the learning journey for students a hellish road. They just hand us study guides read everything off a proctor when having classes and that's about it.
