Unfair treatment!!

As if academics are not stressful enough, Richfield will make it worse for you! This is my 2nd year of study and since day 1 myself and fellow students have seen a lot of red flags which if I were to get into this reviee will turn into a novel. Recently submitted an assignment and was graded a 0 based on a similarity report being "too high". Funny how the use of AI is prohibited by the college but still relys on AI to grade assignments, ok. I have sent several emails, text messages and even made calls to explain that I DO NOT use AI to write my assignments and as with ALL my assignments, my work is always properly referenced both in text and on a reference list which can be verified. I was not the only one who received this report from this particular module and the students were given an opportinity to re-submit their assignments and were given guidance on what to do except for me. After calls to the faculty manager, emails to the administator, texts and emails to the lecturer, I still have not been given the same treatment as fellow students and I want to know why?! When Richfield wants their school fees money, they WILL communicate every single day but when it comes to assisting their students it's a nightmare or maybe it just depends on who you are?! This issue has caused me so much sleepless nights, anxiety and should it lead to further illness then I'm afraid the school will have to answer.
