Unallocated payments in the learner's accounts

Ive had a terrible experience with Richfield College finance/admin department at Bryanston. It's either they hired *******, ****** or *********** staff. This is my son's first year and I paid R5 500 on the 29th of January 22 using their card machine even to date it has not been allocated to his account. I've sent proof more than 7 times and am told its their head office it will be sorted, spoken to their management, no customer service whatsoever, I'm intending to take this further even if i go to media, I'm so ****ed with their service
