Unacceptable service's
Just out of curiosity is it normal to wait 7 months to start a course you paid for in full 10 months ago not even study material given... Should I decide to cancel with them will a penilty apply if so who is liable to pay .

29 Apr 2022, 09:42Just a question though , my course started last year June-Aug done then Sep-Nov no books no nothing I had to call to ask to change it for Jan this year .Every month since then been promised to start the next month now for the last month been promised to start every week not even a lecturer available. With all due respect all that is happening none of it is my fault ,my time was waisted as it is I still have more subjects to do and all I'm planning to accomplish and do has been put on hold by the college ... I have spoken to so many via email already dates were given too. Am I not entitled to a full reimbur*****t .Honestly I am not happy with any of this .
