Unable to deregister

I registered for a 3year course paid registration in Dec 2021 Attended orientation via Teams which was a terrible experience there was no order very unprofessional. The course began I still had not received any info to login for distance learning while others mentioned they've started studying. Mid March this year I sent a request to cancel the course due to financial constraints, Lethokuhle Msweli rep**** to my email saying , Please note you can’t cancel because it has passed the cooling period of deregistration. while Thandi Katise contacted me to say I cancel I will forfeit the registration fee & the 1st installment is still due since I've been invoiced. 2days later I get a mail from Lethokuhle saying: Dear student I can advise you to downgrade to a short course instead because if you don’t pay your fees you will be handed over and pay through debt collectors. email 2: Unfortunately, if you don’t downgrade you will be liable for the fees.

After a few days Thandi contacts me I said okay lets see what short courses are available because I can't be stuck in a 3year contract they want to blacklist me for what for not affording and realizing their very unprofessional??? I discussed with her that I'll downgrade to a short course for R890 once off please send me confirmation on email the course details I've downgraded to etc Since 1st April I have been following up Thandi/Letho/fikile no one is responding It's like everyone works in different countries because you'll never get the same answer. I really regret registering at Richfield 1/2star rating from me
