To begin with, I would like to give an applaud, praise, glorify, above all, to give profuse thanks to the one and only, "Administrator of the year 2021 for Distance Learning." Her name is Nicole. She is amazing, very good at her job, she can even respond and attend to any query immediately, at the "twinkling of an eye." 2021 has been a good year alongside her.
