Terrible service

Terrible service from the Distance Learning administrators. Quite a few of them are ***********. They take forever to respond to emails, they never answer their phones and they are negligent when performing their duties.

The current semester started on 3 August 2020. I still don't have my study material and my student portal still shows the modules I passed last semester.

I was considering completing my post-grad with them but after what I have experienced, I never want to deal with them again.

I tried filing an official complaint with the institute but that was just a waste of my time.
