Terrible Administration

I have enrolled with the respective institution via distance learning under my companies bursary option and as most institutions are busy around this time of the year and our application deadlines are about up.What I fail to understand is why after Nov 2017 ,I had the unfortunate loss of my parent which was a blow ,I informed the admin whose name is Simangele Ndimande in email what my situation is regarding 2 exams which I could not write due to family commitments , furthermore I only received a response in January regarding Sup Exams which commences in January with no human element of care or concern ,giving me almost no time to study and again required me to pay fees to write the 2 exams failed due to my personal loss,wherefore I should just have submitted a death certificate as advised by Ruwaida Hoosen ,who has had empathy in my situation ,if one sends and email or sms to company representatives ,even in a case that you as a customer or student is not certain of,are the reps not liable to guide you through the proper channels as I understand that there are a lot of new registration candidates for 2018 already why not 1st sort out people attending their 2nd semester as they ought to have 1st preference ,I am not sure if proper business English is understood neither as I advised that the deadline I had was to send my info before close of business day of 19/01/2018 and since they left their office by now after calls and emails made ,how would I have to qualify for my bursary due to this sloppy administrative delays ,I do regret having studying with this institution in the 1st place ,their material is not up to date at all most of external info needs to be searched via Google our Modern Savior,their videos probably backdates to when the institution started and no upgrading that seems to be on the plans for them neither ,I just want to complete this course whether or not I would need to fund it on my own but really guys work on your administration ,its below standard.
