Student Advisor

I had doubts at first about enrolling at Richfield, i kept on going on their website start the application but always don't finish..and my Student advisor Nomathamsanqa Nyobuse kept on calling me at first I was ignoring her calls until I decided to answer, how this lady changed my mind about the negative reviews about Richfield you'd swear Richfield was owned by her Family. She gave me the platform to explain why i doubted studying with Richfield college and she did not judge me but she kept on putting herself on my shoes and tried to understand my frustration but yet again stands with the company's best interest! I fully recommend her! She is taking Richfield to bigger places.

Now I am enrolled and I'm getting the best customer service also from my administrator, whenever I am unable to get to my administrator i always go to Noma and she is forever willing to assist.
