Stripped from Graduation ceremony due to slack communication from Richfield :-(

I would like to bring it under your attention that I was informed this morning after requesting numerous times for my graduation dates, times that my graduation ceremony has already happened and I did not get an invite.

I got a call this morning giving me a lousy excuse that my name Sonel has been mixed up with another lady in Gauteng (the name slipped my mind now) but it is not even close to the same spelling or pronunciation.

I am so disappointing because I was so looking forward to my graduation and that includes my family to see me and take photo's and now I was stripped of that possibility.

I really sad and angry and I really feel that this excuse is not except able and yes although my Higher Certificate can be couriered to me - it is still not the same I will never had the opportunity to graduate.

I am sorry but due to this unacceptable issue I will now stop recommending Richfield as the best distance learning institute and will strongly recommend my friends to rather find somewhere else to go.
