Still no results and supplementary exam starting tomorrow!!!!!!

After having to fight to get a correct eccess card, assignments on time, ( of which apperantly in Richfield one one get thier assignments result after thier exam!!!! Pointless!) Now i have to fight to get my semester Results!!!!!!

Tomorrow supplement exams are starting and i dont even know if im supposed to be writing or not because i have not received my result! The service is SHOCKING!!! INCOMPETENCE AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL!!! Cynthia is never available as a student advisor, Leeann is never available, does not answer her phone ever! I wish Ruiwada did not leave coz atleast she had time for us and understood that we are working individuals!

What kind of an institution that gives assignments results after exams, you beg for access card- tortured before your exam because one is not allowed to write without one and to add on this madness and disgrace, a day before the supps, students dont even know if they passed or failed- whether they need to supp or not???? Show me an institution that does such in SOUTH AFRICA'S EDUCATION SYSTEM. Wasted my money and time by choosing this Institution!!!!! Pathetic service!!!! Dont even acknowledge emails and all!!!
