Schhol needs to communicate better

This school is so useless, i regret ever letting my daughter go there . 1. The lectures are never in class 2. If they are in class they don't teach they tell our kids to read from their books. 3. Now its exam time i owe for the month of june which by the way is not over yet however inam told i need to pay for jun and jul or else my child wont write examas 4. I tried calling to explain that i get paid on the 25th of each month as per usual now they want payment on the 15th but no one answers the phones 5. Its been 6 mnths since my daughter started school and she is yet to get an access card.

I wish the education department or whoever does walk abouts in these places could go and review what is really going on there. What is it that we are paying for.
