Richfield Umhlanga - ***********, Pathetic, Unsatisfactory, Biased, Hopeless etc...
Rating should start from -1 to 100
Dear parents who wish to enroll their children for 2022... Here's something to ponder... Read all reviews, comments and concerns of previous students and parents. Initially upon enrollment the management team (excluding lecturers) are all "hubbly and bubbly" to win your support. During the course of the year: (1). Their behavior is pathetic. (2). Their response to queries is DELAYED and/or NON-EXISTENT. (3). They are biased. (4). They talk a lot of lies and constantly contradict themselves. And when you question them about certain issues, it gets blown off, which, to me, is regarded as lying or being evasive. (5). The "management" verbally abuses students. (6).There is absolutely no understanding or compromising with management, it's purely dictatorship. Personally, as a parent, I've requested (on multiple occasions) an updated statement regarding the concession on my child's distinction passes for the year 2020, which was to be effective as of January 2021. I was told that they "were having administrative issues and updating their system". To date, I have received no response. I'm unsure if they're using Windows '98 for their administration work. If so, I can understand the delay. Being an I.T institution, in my opinion, "I think they are using either wrong service providers, or service providers which have similar qualifications to their management'." If credit is due to a student as a result of him/her achieving distinctions, hence, it should reflect in their statement which, in turn, will automatically effect the monthly installment. Nevertheless, my question again is, "Who is the competent person at Richfield Umhlanga, who will positively and effectively address any concerns regarding the above?" ~The opinion of a disappointed parent.
