Richfield My worst nightmare

I received the worst treatment with richfield...I registered with them January 2020 and decided to deregister February because I was not going to be able to pay for my tuition fees...when I registered I was expecting money from my mother's life savings payout but since the process took longer than expected and I stay with my grandmother ,we survive on her pension fund I decided to move back to northwest and deregister with the institution...all along I spoke to the Krugersdorp campus manager who understood my situation and told me since it's already late to deregister they will hold the deposit I paid and wait till I get the money then I can register with that deposit the day I get money...currently I'm getting calls from lawyers saying richfield handed my account to them I need to pay the 2020 tuition fees or I will be summoned to court of which I didn't even attend classes because I knew I wont be able to pay
