Richfield Musgrave are ****mers!!!!! Christopher Should fix this !!!!

I hate Richfield Musgrave with all my heart. I registered there and deregistered within the 21 days allocated , I didn’t even start studying there . The person (Faadhil Mohammed) who was handling my deregisteration resigned there and I was told that I was transferred to Christopher who made me a fool and told me he is processed my deregisteration he will get back to me. I kept quiet then I got concerned that I was still getting statements from them . When I asked Christopher he said he will ask from the management or whatever he said and he will get back to me 💔I kept getting statements and at that time I already left Durban I couldn’t go to the offices . When I tried to do a follow up Christopher was not responding to my texts and I contacted Richfield and they said they will do a follow up with Christopher and they will give me a call. Even till today I still get statements and I just found out they saying I owe them R40k+ and they transferred me to lawyers 😭. At that time I sent all the documents that were required from me , thought I was deregistered only to find out this Christopher didn’t process my deregistration . Richfield Musgrave are ****mers. I still will sue them as soon as I get back to Durban because I have proof.
