Richfield is soo unorganized n unfair

Richfield have wronged me, break my heart, I'm very disappointed in them, they are holding my result, they say my fees are not up to date, before writing exams I asked them nicely made everything clear to them, which we came to an agreement that they will put me into their bursary program, n I will not pay all the outstanding fees, mind you I am a very well deserving student to a bursary, now that I need my result they won't give them to me, they only telling me now that I wasn't approved, they are not organized and they are not fair, coz I can bet with my life that the person who mostly deserve bursary it me more than anyone, more then those who got it, but the system is ****ed everywhere
