Richfield is ***********

I’ve had it with Richfield, so I app**** for my academic record three months ago but up until this day I still don’t have it. The first time they told me that it’s because of financial block, I was surprised because during my time at Richfield I was paying my fees in full. The second time I went, I found out that my WIL is incomplete and this surprise me because I submitted all my work. After that I took it upon myself to call the head office and I was transferred to Patrick, when I explain to him my story he told me that he’s not authorised to add the marks of WIL, he then transferred me to some lady and she told me that there is nothing she can do from her side and she told me to go the campus I was studying and tell the campus manager about this but the campus manager told me that he had send an email to her about the list of students with similar problem, he even showed me the email but up until this day I still don’t have a complete academic record. I refuse to suffer because of Richfield incompetence. I want a complete academic record.
