Richfield is a waste of time
Once again let down by Richfield!! Still no call back regarding my previous complaint!

02 Jan 2022, 09:12Complaining about Richfield is a waste of time and energy. Getting the same people I complain about and forwarding my initial complaint back to me is not resolving a complaint. The point of my complaint was to get someone in higher management to intervene and investigate the complaint however that is simply too much work for Richfield.
