I'm writing to request a refund for the second semester fees for my brother's course. We paid the fees upfront, but unfortunately, he fell ill and was hospitalized in June, just before his exams. I attempted to deregister him, but due to additional personal losses and my own hospitalization, I was only able to submit the cancellation documents with medical proof in September.

I spoke with Ajanth Choudhree, the Campus Operations Manager, and we proposed keeping the first-term fees and refunding the second-term fees, given the unforeseen circumstances. However, it's been since September, and Ajanth has been promising to provide feedback without any resolution. I've attached all necessary medical documents and would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist us in getting a refund for the second semester (July to December). We're looking for a fair resolution, considering the exceptional circumstances that led to the cancellation.
