Richfield Institution Management

Mr. Rada, the campus manager of the Pretoria Campus, advised us to change my brother's studies from contact to distance learning because he fell ill in the interim of his studies in DIT. The Campus manager and other staff were very helpful with the transitioning. After the transition, there were some challenges that we experienced with regards to the module results not reflecting on the Institution's results system which was very frustrating.

Josephine, who is one of the personnel, was very professional. She was very proactive and acknowledged doctor's letters on time. Personally, I believe she raised the Richfield Institution's flag higher.
