My son wrote in for the A+ course at Richfield after completing his NQF4 business studies, also at Richfield. When he got his certificate it turned out he completed the desktop technician course instead of the A+. I sent a mail to Mr Stefan Ferreira, the Ceo of Richfield. He promptly phoned me back and assured me that he will personally look into it. Within 2 days I got a mail back from the Umhlanga campus asking for my banking details as well as a call from Mr Ferreira informing me they will do a full refund. Well done Richfield and a big thank you to Mr Ferreira for your "no-quibble" approach :) I am looking into studying their new MBA course in the near future.....
