Richfield doesn’t want to refund me after all the tuition fee is paid up

What a nonsense institution. It has been 3 months since I requested a refund from Richfield(Church square, PTA campus). I have submitted all the required documents and now I have to go after Pfuluwani and Dhinal. They are not even bothering to update me with anything. 2022 tuition fee is paid up, all of it but they are refusing to pay the refund. I was told that I will get a refund once the student has graduated. What nonsense is that? What happens if the student drop out? What happens if the student takes a transfer? I will never recommend this institution. They only want money but they don’t want to refund us!!! I have decided to take to take my little brother to another institution as of 2023 to complete his degree there because Richfield is praised for nothing.
