Richfield Distance Learning
I am currently doing distance learning at Richfield. The experience has been a nightmare. Their systems cause more stress than the actual course does. I am currently writing my first set of tests and the system that they have in place does not work properly, it continuously gives us warnings of misconduct every time we look at the left or right of the screen. You are unable to touch your face due to the system kicking us out of the exam.
We were told that we can write from 9am till 4:30pm however I was only able to write at 12pm due to the moodle crashing and the security systems that they put in place, kicking everyone. This has caused major stress due work.
The administrators that were provided to us never have any answers. Anytime you ask them a question, they will advise that they aren’t sure and will have to check and get back to you. They never get back to you.
As an online student, you are give no help and Richfield only has excuses for their incompetence. We hope that this changes or many students will be continuing their studies elsewhere.
