Richfield deregister

I have been trying to do a cancellation with this institution and they have me going around in circles. I have been waiting days for them to send confirmation of how I cancel and deregister and it seems they are not clear on their own terms and conditions. I have not written any exams and partaken in any workshops or lectures. For very personal reasons I cannot continue with my studies with them and it seems I will be waiting forever with no resolution. All I’d like is to deregister and not be made to pay for any future studies I have not partook in
