I would like to sincerely commend my administrator, Mr Ndumiso Mbambo, for the exceptional support he has given me throughout my studies. He is incredibly considerate, calm, and consistently helpful. Even during moments when I am genuinely overwhelmed or anxious, his tone alone has a way of calming me down and helping me approach the situation—whether good or bad—with clarity and confidence.

He is always polite, professional, and reliable. He responds to all my emails, and if I ever miss him on a call, he always gets back to me without fail. That level of consistency and care is rare and truly appreciated. As a long-distance student who struggles with anxiety, his support has made my academic journey so much simpler and more manageable. He has genuinely made long-distance studying feel less stressful and more human, and I would recommend him any day without hesitation.

I would also like to acknowledge my student advisor, Mr Simphiwe Majola, who played a vital role in making my registration and course selection process seamless. He provided clear guidance, patience, and reassurance, ensuring that I was enrolled in the right courses and understood each step of the process.
