refusing with a certificate and graduation , poor service and misplacing of sudent results and files

The issue with Richfield dates back to 2022, It was results after that it was work intergrated learning that has been missing , which they found and the Certificate has been requested in August 2024 and still no Certificate, I have emailed them at the Campus after my brother who is the student has failed to get assistance, At the beginning they has said they was no access to ful results, which they later got hold of and sent to me saying that the work intergrated has been marked , Koholofelo sent that nad said she tried to call me but my phone is on voicemail and I have not received a call from her , i sent my cellphone on the email for her to call me she has not, They have now just left me hanging , Because i asked for solid feedback on when my brother is finally receiving his, It has been been hell with the college considering thsy denied hom graduation because he is an old student which they themselves delayed beacuse they could not find results of his for 1 subject for 1 year and a couple of months because they has system changes, and one teacher passing and now finally after found results , course finally , no graduation and no certificate and no one is will to help with no hope of ever getting it because we are just being ignored, i have included on the email, Sadi Murali, Kholofelo Mampa, Mr Chinimbiri, and Phumi Mhlongo I keep going on the email for the latest none of them is responding , This where I usually come to get them to help, they do not assist willingly, one more complaint about Richfield Graduate, This college is surely operating like a fly by night for the fees that we paying Again Student number is ***
