Refund policy and discount

Refund policy literally this whole year I have been chasing after them regarding the issue of my refund and every time they have to refund you there's always a excuse of some sort but when you required to pay school they will call and text non stop and my issue is that this is not the first time last year I faced the same incident then I was told no that money that was owed to me will be put into next year's fees but even this year i paid my fees in full the money they said would discount this year it didn't discount anything and this was my final year but still they giving me excuses with refunding me my money cause literally everywhere I'm told no the money will carry over next year but every year still I will pay the full amount
