Problem with my marks

I have a problem with my HRM marks they said i failed but when i check to Samantha they didn't capture my Test 1 and Test 2. Since 2018 i was tryng to correct this but they can't help me. I went to Ashnar she told me to go to Nkonzo and Mr Nkonzo is telling me to go to Ashnar. I'm tired of this.
