Poor service / Feedback

Hi. Kindly note I've been trying to get hold of Ravikha from Richfield for the past three days without any luck. I paid and enrolled my sone to do the BSc IT degree but still haven't received any feedback. This is very poor service after being told that Richfield is one of the best in Johannesburg.
