Poor Service Delivery and Lack of Communication Channels

For Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology i must say their service and communication methods are very poor and not up to the standards they teach. They lack maintaining good communication with students and using all means to assist their students. The experience and service received is horrible disappointing at a greatest level, as a DL student i have been ultimately disappointed like never before. I would never recommend anyone to enroll with Richfield Graduate Institution of Technology at this point, even if the studies were free. They do not understand believe that their students are paying clients and therefore prioritizing teaching & learning.

but it may not be all staff members that are sailing the ship to an iceberg. If i could reverse time, i would not have joined the institution for an online Bsc IT qualification. I feel like my time was wasted at this point.
