Poor service and incorrect information

On the 21st of Jan 2019,I spike to a consultant by the name of Monica Manciya who advised that at Richfield NSFAS is accepted, I app**** for NSFAS and reached a stage where they now want a confirmation letter from the institute, i then got my brother registered and he got the acceptance letter,when we called NSFAS they advised that the Institute is the one that needs to send them the proof of registration .I then called the Campus that he registered at which id at Diagonal street in JHB, The consultant i spoke ti advised that they are strictly private and dont accept NSFAS , i sent emails and contacted Monica again she told me that they accept NSAFAS and" if i spoke someone who said its not accepted its not her problem". So i left it there i decided to make a plan cause my brother needs to get into school and study and i raised some funds and paid the deposit of R3 700, and we waited until until the 7th of March for the study material to be dispacted beacuse the administrator(Simangele) wasnt helpful ,i followed her around since Jan till March just to change the student from full time to distance and to get the study material ,she told me that im spoiling our relationship with her by complaining and wanted to send me a cancellation letter instead of assisting me. Finally when the distance learning director(Ruwanda ) intervened we got the tablet,not ricared and we where not advised that the collge is the one athat needs to Rica, we went to different vodacom putlkest tring to Rica till we were advised at one of the outlets that we need to ask the college to Rica. Well i emailed Simangele on the 25th March 2019 and requested her to assist with Rica she promised to ,i reminded her yesterday again (the 26th March) as the due date for assignments is the 30th of March. Even now she still hasnt assisted us. What kind of service is this and what type of people re employed at Richfield. What exactly is happening there?
