Poor service

Good day my son was inrolled in Richfield instuite off technology in Durban.They have a clause where tou can downgrade your course which he did it was agreed on an amount that would be refunded to me .I was battling with this institution for seven months to get my money back .I was corresponding with the Manger Ashna for several months and was getting the run around I even contacted the Director Crystal still no joy .The kind off business they running is shocking no one seems to know whats going on just empty promises .
