poor service

I am a current student at Richfield i have to write supplementary papers which is taking place in a few days i had to practically beg to get the supp timetable when i got the time table i requested past paper that i can prepare myself and work through them but up until today i haven't received anything from any one i have mentioned it to one of the team leaders or managers Ruwaada she asked someone else to assist me but up until today i haven't received anything from them i have included who i can only assume is in a higher Role at the organization Dr.Muni Kooblal who well clearly shows that they don't care as this person hasn't responded to any of my emails sent to him/her this is unacceptable im tired of complaining and not getting any feedback from this organization i will be taking this matter further this is really unacceptable
