Poor service

I received news from my sponsors and they say that the school keeps sending them 2021 invoice only and they already paid it but the school has been failing to give them the 2022 invoice. I've been trying to call but the calls go unanswered everytime. I find it funny that when it comes to payment the school is the first one to call but when we/I need full details so that the payments can be made the school seems to grab it's feet.

In respect to the lectures some of them give me lower marks saying I "copied" the work knowing fully well that I always give 10000% on all my work and when I ask them to give me their evidence as to where I copied the work, they fail to deliver and my emails go unanswered. For a private institutions this school always seem to fail me. If I could give 0 stars I would.
