Pathetic Service

This is one of the worst institutions. I wonder the kind of people they hire. Or Richfield is one of those companies that don't want to pay people so they just hire whoever they can afford. I wanted to enrol, I requested for a quotation for my degree. The student advisor sent me a quote for over R50k which is incorrect. I requested her to amend and she promised to correct the error. That was Feb 8, 2024 and I am still waiting the corrected document. She kept promising to fix the error. 19 of March, through WhatsApp, I requested to speak to someone who can answer my questions. I simply wanted to understand how much work there is for first semester. I wanted to find out if I register now, will I be able to catch up for June exams. They said I will need to speak to the student advisor and my student advisor who didn't respond since Feb is on leave. I told them that I don't want to deal with her anymore, I need someone else. Until now I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.

Pathetic!!! Pity that besides Unisa no other public universities that offer BSc IT online.
