Pathetic Excuse Of A College

Ritchfield in Durban CBD has got me running up and down chasing after them and calling them continually for 6weeks now. I finally went to one of their campuses in Durban town, and my word have I've never dealt with such ***********, unprofessional staff in my life. These people handle students' money, education and academic future but the laziness and the don't-care attitude was appalling. I was kept waiting for 2hours at reception because the three people working at RECEPTION couldn't assist me with a basic query! How are they even employed if they can't even do their jobs? All they did was gossip and eat fried chips. Once the lady i was waiting for came through I was sent to her and literally spent 3minutes with her only to tell me she ALSO can't help I must go see Lee-Ann. After waiting for Lee-Ann for almost an hour, I told her why I was there and she just said I should go to another campus and ask for a Cynthia. By that time it was already late and couldn't make it to Umhlanga. I tried their call centre AGAIN like I've been doing for almost 2months, spoke to the guy by the name of Tshenolo, gave him all my enquiries and he also told told he'll call me back in a few minutes he still has to ask someone. He never got back to me. What kind of Mickey Mouse College is this? I am very disappointed at the staff of Richfield. Completely stupid bunch of people.
