Not even 1 star should be given

Worst education institution ever concerning their administration processes, I am still waiting to get my study material and resources and my course orientation started on the 3rd of February already, however I haven't received any notification there of. I've been struggling for the last few weeks trying to sort the matter out. This has turned out to be nothing but a disaster and a waste of time, they urged for the funds to be paid and nothing was done there after,not a care in the world was given. I was told to come today for orientation as well and when I arrived I sat through the processes just to be told I won't receive anything and that I will have to come back another day. This being impossible as I work as well. I do not understand this level of disorganization, their service was nothing but disappointing and I am yet to receive feedback via a phonecall they promised would come "in the next 30 minutes" almost 3 hours ago. I am weeks behind on study material, yet there is still no priority to the matter and nothing is being done /or it is being done on their own time. I don't recommend you enroll at this institute.
